Click image to enlargeFor more than 45 years Warren Alloy’s fast and accurate customer service is made possible through a strong focus on the use of standardized receiving and inspection processes to insure the quality of the products we provide and to protect the customers we serve. As our company seal states, “We make certain it is right when it comes in so you can be assured it is right when it goes out”. The core elements of our quality process are:
- • Warren Alloy’s Quality Assurance Program is certified to ISO 9001.
- We have maintained our ISO certification since 1997.
- • 100% of all incoming shipments are inspected.
- Incoming material is reviewed multiple times for quality, count, markings and documentation before being released into our inventory.
- • We store 100% of MTR’s electronically for easy access.
- MTR’s are put on the system before the material can be released into our inventory to insure all material documentation has been confirmed before being made available for sale.
- • We have an in-house laboratory spectrometer.
- The spectrometer is used to PMI (positive material identification) incoming material as part of our inspection process and to provide certification of material composition to customer requirements.
- • All outgoing orders are inspected prior to shipment.
- • Three people must sign off on each order before it is shipped. Check points are (1) order pulling, (2) order review and (3) packing for final shipment.
